THE CARL LYNCH CASE:
Mr. Lynch was travelling on Highway 360 in Chesterfield Count, Virginai, when he and his friends spotted a cluster of RED STROBBING LIGHTS which seemed transparent; he caught it on video and you could see a star through it; there were seven "objects" in the cluster....
